At the heart of this training mission "Monitor the evolution of the payroll", my responsibility was to supervise three members of a human resources team, equipping them with the necessary skills for effective management of the payroll. This training constituted an in-depth immersion in the workings of salary management, allowing participants to understand the various constituent elements of the payroll, to master the constraints linked to it, and to put in place mechanisms for the distribution and the evaluation of forecast costs.

Participants acquired an in-depth understanding of skills support, workforce movements, variations in working hours, as well as the treatment of social charges and its adjustments. The training also covered practical aspects, such as building a payroll tracking dashboard in Excel.

The educational approach adopted aimed to create synergy between theory and practice. Concrete examples, case studies adapted to their context, and practical exercises allowed participants to directly implement the concepts learned. Personalized coaching promoted in-depth understanding and made it possible to adapt lessons to the specificities of their professional environment.

This mission was a real success, marked by close collaboration between the participants and myself. Their active commitment, the quality of discussions, and their desire to master the nuances of payroll management were key elements of this training experience.

In conclusion, this mission made it possible to significantly strengthen the skills of the human resources team in payroll management. Participants gained practical expertise which, combined with their professional experience, positions them favorably to address the complex challenges associated with human resources management. I am confident that these new skills will have a positive impact on their daily responsibilities and contribute to the overall effectiveness of their team.
